Arena’s Graphics & Web Design (GWD) is a one-year program segmented into two semesters – namely, graphics and web designing. The course deals with the basics as well as advanced concepts of working in Internet-based careers. Starting with the fundamentals of computers, multimedia and the Internet, PCWD goes on to cover everything from basic art to the creation of illustrations, media publishing, designing content for web pages, developing interactive web pages, creation of Flash animation, et al. All in all, the program trains students to create effective web graphics, images and illustrations so as to design and create new-age websites and other content for the Internet. Flash animations for the Net are also an integral part of the course.
